Description

Dates:
September 24 – 25
October 1 – 2

Overview

As summer turns to fall, it’s harvest time at the region’s wineries. Last year’s crop is already turning into that mysterious thing we call wine and, once again, it’s time to celebrate the harvest in the Brandywine Valley.

The wineries that compose the Brandywine Valley Wine Trail invite you to participate in the annual rite of the harvest. Celebrate the season with two weekends (September 25 and 26 and October 2 and 3) of tastings, concerts, picnics, hayrides, grape stomping, vineyard tours and art exhibits.

The wineries, which are sprinkled across the beautiful and historic region that lies between the cities of Philadelphia, Wilmington, Lancaster, and West Chester, each have their own individual character.

Participating vineyards include: Twin Brook Winery, Penns Woods Winery, Black Walnut Winery, Chaddsford Winery, Kreutz Creek Vineyards and Paradocx Vineyard.
