A Philadelphia-centric market offering vintage and antique wares
July 19, Aug. 16, Sept. 20
10 a.m.-5 p.m.
The Philadelphia-centric Franklin Flea market supplies Philadelphia shoppers with its curated selection of vintage and antique wares.
Franklin Flea’s spring market, housed in an architecturally stunning historic Center City Philadelphia building, pops up on Saturdays in the former home of long-shuttered department store Strawbridge & Clothier.
And now the market has extended its season, taking its goods outside in July and August to set up shop alfresco this summer in the McCall School’s yard on 7th Street in Washington Square West for two market days on Saturday, July 19 and Saturday, August 16.
As with the indoor market, shoppers can look forward to an ever-changing lineup of super high-quality vendors peddling a finely tuned selection of fine antiques and vintage clothing to handmade decorative arts and up-cycled furniture.
Plus, live music will keep the crowds grooving and for the first time ever the market will host a select handful of top food trucks to provide eats.
Come the fall, look forward to a market held in collaboration with the Philadelphia Horticultural Society at The Navy Yard at 4747 S. Broad St. More info on that to come.
