Philadelphia Zoo Summer Ale Festival
An evening of craft beer, food and fun at the zoo
Once-a-year, the Philadelphia Zoo opens its gates after-hours for an adults-only celebration featuring local beer, live music and delicious food.
During the Philadelphia Zoo Summer Ale Festival, you’ll get the rare opportunity to get a drink while hanging out with great apes, big cats and exotic animals that call the Zoo home.
With a souvenir tasting cup in hand, guests can sample more than 40 craft beers from breweries from around the region including Victory Brewing Company, Dock Street Brewing Company, Philadelphia Brewing Company, Box Car Brewer, Lancaster Brewing Company and many more.
Beverages can be paired with pay-as-you-go selections from a variety local food trucks including the Cow and the Curd, Poi Dog Snack Shop, Mac Mart Cart, Distrito Taco Truck, Undrgrnd Donuts and more.
Tickets to the Summer Ale Festival include admission to the Zoo, a tasting cup, on-site parking and/or shuttle service to 30th Street Station.
General admission is $55 per person with a limited number of VIP tickets available for $90 per person. Designated drivers can purchase tickets for just $25. Advance purchase is required as tickets will not be sold at the door.
