General Description

The second annual Philadelphia Asian American Film Festival (PAAFF) will celebrate Asian American filims and filmmakers from October 9-11, 2009.

The Festival will showcase six feature films, 5 documentaries and 25+ short films. For info about the films, click here.

The films are primarily in English, so they are accessible outside the Asian American community. The festival includes film screenings, Q&A’s, parties and even a few celebrity appearances.

Screenings will be held at the Ibrahim Library at the International House (3701 Chestnut Street) and at the Asian Arts Initiative (1219 Vine Street).
