New Deck Tavern
Historic drinking hole on Sansom Street
Located in three renovated Second Empire-style row houses built in the late 1800s, this tavern boasts a liquor license that dates back to the year Prohibition ended. Along with its half-pound burgers, cheesesteaks, salads and sandwiches, New Deck pours draught beers from around the world and houses one of the largest single malt scotch collections in Philadelphia.
