Triumph Brewing Company

Triumph Brewing Company, located at the hub of Historic Philadelphia’s thriving nightlife scene, is the perfect place to drink as the locals drink.

Triumph’s industrial-yet-swanky decor is enough to turn heads — as is the unisex bathroom — but the award-winning selection of home-brewed lagers and ales definitely ups the ante. The Imperial Stout and Honey Wheat brews are consistent favorites — and if you get there before 11 p.m., you can sample their late-night menu of risotto fritters, edamame and good-for-what-ails-ya burgers.

If you’re interested in touring the brewery (either in Philly or New Hope), tours are available on Saturdays at 1 and 3 p.m. The restaurant and bar, however, is open everyday from lunch until late night. While the award-winning craft brews are the main attraction for many at Triumph, the cuisine is certainly no slouch.

Cuisine

The sandwiches at Triumph run the gamut and are heavy on flavor: a falafel sandwich with tahini and tomatoes, a a chicken cacciatore with red pepper and provolone, a reuben with sauerkraut and Swiss, and an eight oz. Triumph burger — just to name a few.

The beers at Triumph are similarly bold. In fact, Triumph Brewing Company solidified its place among the brewpub elite by winning four medals at the 2005 Great American Beer Festival in Denver, Colorado (October, 2005), including the second straight gold medal for its popular Honey Wheat brew.

New Hope Location

The New Hope, Bucks County outpost of this popular Princeton brewery is a must-visit for any beer lover. Located in Union Square in the heart of historic New Hope, Triumph Brewing Company offers live music and a full service restaurant to accompany its delicious beers.
