Spruce Street Harbor Park

An immensely popular pop-up on the Delaware River Waterfront, Spruce Street Harbor Park has been lauded as one of the world’s best urban beaches. Returning annually, the summer oasis at Penn’s Landing Marina at Columbus Boulevard and Spruce Street features a beer garden, restaurant, outdoor games and a ton of hammocks welcoming you to chill out alfresco.

The pop-up spot also features a boardwalk, fountains and a series of floating barges with lily pad water gardens.

Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest

Open daily through early September, the Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest creates an outdoor entertainment haven, encompassing a roller rink, a boathouse-styled lodge, a play area for kids, food and drink options and events throughout the season. Lace up your skates and head out for some fun before unwinding with a drink and delicious bite to eat after working up an appetite.

Screenings Under the Stars

Every Thursday night in July and August, a different film will be screened outdoors on a big screen at Penn’s Landing. Bring a blanket or a lawn chair and enjoy a blockbuster movies or well-loved classics on the big screen right on the banks of the Delaware River.

Riverlink Ferry
