Paramour serves the area’s top beverage selection with a focus on wines and craft beers from the United States. A carefully tailored wine list complements the Chef’s cuisine with delicious, unique and diverse selections intended to enhance the dining experience. The majority of the wines offered at Paramour are made by artisanal, boutique winemakers from all over the world, with a special emphasis on American wines from California and regions of the Pacific Northwest. Paramour also touts a seasonal menu of cocktails and build-your-own cocktails, including their award-winning Salted Plum Martini.
Paramour also features the area’s biggest and best Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar. Guests begin with their choice of premium vodka and a house-made Bloody Mary mix, pureed fresh from heirloom tomatoes. A selection of more than 20 hot sauces are available to add heat, while assorted specialty olives and house-pickled vegetables, including beets, okra, green beans, cauliflower, carrots, asparagus and onions, add depth of flavor. Freshly grated horseradish is also available, and guests who want to take their Mary over the top can do so with a garnish of house-made beef jerky or fresh skewered Gulf shrimp.
Paramour offers four distinctive areas for guests to dine or have drinks with friends: the outdoor Veranda, a contemporary Lobby Lounge, a lively Bistro Bar and a stunning main Dining Room with direct views of the Chef’s Bar and open kitchen. Without a doubt, the Veranda boasts the Main Line’s premier al fresco dining experience.
