I-Glide Tours

Just stand up, lean forward, and glide – and you’ll be trying something new as you take in the sights of Philadelphia’s beautiful Fairmount Park on this exciting, two and a half hour guided tour. You’ll get an historic narrative as you glide at your own pace, courtesy of your wireless headset.

And it sure beats walking. The Segway® Human Transporter, a self-propelled, two-wheeled vehicle offers a fun and easy way for just about anyone to take in a wide range of sights, including the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Boathouse Row and the newly restored Waterworks.

Come Prepared

Reservations are required, and for safety’s sake you’ll be provided with a helmet and vest. But don’t worry – top speed is eight miles an hour, and you’ll get all the training you need before starting off!

Customized tours are also available, and the gliders can be rented for private groups and corporate outings.
