Philadelphia Rings In 2017 By Starting Early & Ending Late

In Philadelphia, ringing in the New Year begins early and ends late. Daytime and early-evening bashes entertain children at the Please Touch Museum^®, Franklin Square y Independence Seaport Museum. Fireworks displays over the Delaware River go off at 6 p.m. and midnight.
