Motto’s social spaces include three food and drink concepts from restaurant partner Defined Hospitality, the team behind critically acclaimed Philly restaurants like Suraya and Pizzeria Beddia.
Condesa
Condesa occupies the ground floor and serves Mexican-inspired dishes with a focus on traditionally made corn tortillas prepared on-site each day. The 140-seat eatery offers indoor and outdoor seating for lunch and dinner, plus a bar with a focus on mezcal- and tequila-based cocktails.
El Café
El Café, an all-day cafe next to Condesa on the ground floor, offers Stumptown coffee and traditional Mexican pastries. The quick and casual option is perfect for passersby and guests on the go.
El Techo
Guests can enjoy creamy queso fundido, tasty tacos and refreshing paletas (popsicles) alongside stunning city views at El Techo. Open Wednesday through Saturday for dinner and drinks, Condesa’s taqueria spans the 11th floor and offers rooftop dining all year long thanks to a retractable glass roof.
The Visit Philly Overnight Package — booked more than 190,000 times since 2001 — comes with free hotel parking (worth up to $100 in Center City Philadelphia) and overnight hotel accommodations.
