ROOST East Market’s 60 impeccably furnished accommodations are all outfitted with a mix of stylish lighting, antique furniture, oak flooring and vintage Persian floor rugs.
The bustling area surrounding the hotel is home to some of the city’s best restaurants, independent shops and popular attractions like City Hall and Reading Terminal Market.

While no unit looks the same, each one features a full-size kitchen with cookware and utensils; a king-size bed; Apple TV; Bosch washer and dryer; Davines bath products; and SFERRA linens and towels.
Outside of the apartments, guests enjoy access to the property’s landscaped terraces, community vegetable gardens, heated lap pool, 24-hour fitness center, private screening room and more.
Other services available for guests include weekly housekeeping, dog walking, a bike share program, on-site maintenance help and a 24-hour concierge.
