A little heat will not stop a party 250 years in the making!

Join us in Philadelphia’s Historic District all afternoon long (July 3, 2026) for Red, White and Blue To Do Patriotic Pop Ups, featuring marching bands, color guards, dance troops and more — both indoors and out!

The pop-up performances are 100% free to attend, with groups roving around a select set of locations throughout Old City. Read on to find the full list of locations and performers.
