Destination Optimization Program

Visit Philadelphia is dedicated to promoting neighborhoods across the city by helping local businesses strengthen their online presence and attract more visitors.

Through the Destination Optimization Program, in partnership with Miles Partnership, businesses can attend a free two-hour workshop to learn how to improve their digital presence, enhance photos and videos, and effectively manage customer reviews.

For spring 2026, in partnership with the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) and University City District (UCD), we are offering two tailored workshops:

UCD Workshop

Thursday, May 7, 2026 | 9-11 a.m.

This free two-hour workshop (in person or virtual) includes:

• a personalized online presence assessment
• simple, effective marketing tips, and
• free tools, including a customizable Google review stand.
