Visit Philadelphia is dedicated to promoting neighborhoods across the city by helping local businesses strengthen their online presence and attract more visitors.

Through the Destination Optimization Program, in partnership with Miles Partnership, businesses can access free resources to learn how to improve their digital presence, enhance photos and videos, and effectively manage customer reviews.

While the in-person Google workshops have wrapped up for 2026, our online training program includes all of the information from the in-person sessions, plus self-paced courses, downloadable guides (in English, Spanish and Mandarin), and additional content — all 100% free.

Your business can also book a free one-on-one session with Miles Media to review the business’s online presence and troubleshoot any issues.
