Philadelphia-born-and-raised singer/songwriter Jazmine Sullivan delivered a powerful performance of the National Anthem to help kick off Super Bowl LV.

In case you missed it, check it out right here:

Sullivan’s vocal range was on full display singing The Star-Spangled Banner in a duet with country star Eric Church, who harmonized as she hit all the high notes. The snaps and claps have been rolling in for the performance, a moving rendition praised for its cool syncopated take.

Sullivan’s rise to mega-stardom surprises no fan of Philadelphia R&B. The phenomenal vocalist was born and raised in Philly and got her start blowing away audiences at spots like the TLA and Yesha Fellowship Hall. She also has a cool 12 Grammy nominees to her name.
