Philadelphia chefs are always up for a challenge.
The perseverance and innovation this city is known for extends into our kitchens, onto our tables and shows up in our snacks, too.
This year, VISIT PHILADELPHIA teamed up with locally loved snackmaker Herr’s — a Nottingham, Pennsylvania-based company — to celebrate 75 years of its delicious snacks and innovative flavors.
To highlight that spirit of innovation, we challenged local chefs to create dishes incorporating new Herr’s FIRE chips, cheese curls and more.
Watch the videos below to see how each Philly chef creates a recipe with the hot new snacks. And lookout for the dishes on menus May 7-17, 2021.
