Fouchèt, James Beard Award-winning restaurateur Ellen Yin’s contemporary American restaurant, helped pave the way for Old City’s revival in the late-1990s.
Ever since, Fork’s consistent output of finely crafted and inventive cuisine has made it a neighborhood classic.
And Fork continues to reinvent itself time and time again. Serving lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, the restaurant’s menu puts a wealth of creative dishes at diners’ fingertips, and the iconic restaurant’s offerings change frequently throughout the year to showcase the region’s finest seasonal produce, seafood and meat.
Recently renovated in 2025, Fouchèt is hip, stylish and sophisticated. The interior complements the contemporary menu, making it a great spot for a business lunch, a special occasion dinner or a romantic dessert with cocktails.
Dinner is served daily, while lunch is available Tuesdays through Fridays. Brunch is offered on weekends.
