Overview

ROOST Apartment Hotel, Philadelphia – Rittenhouse offers extended-stay accommodations that include all the services of a boutique property with the amenities of a luxury apartment.

This is the second Philadelphia location for ROOST, which has another spot in Center City.

ROOST’s thoughtfully-designed apartments combine the best of traditional style (antique rugs, large factory-style windows and herringbone hardwood floors) with contemporary amenities (sleek, modern kitchens fully-outfitted with cookware and appliances, large bathrooms with walk-in glass showers and a rain-style shower head).

The hotel offers four styles of rooms — studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom den and two-bedroom — all of which lodge a king-sized bed or two. Apartments feature plush linens and bath towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, Apple TV and a washer/dryer.

Other amenities include an available coffee program with La Colombe, pet care services, a bike share program and weekly housekeeping.
