New for Summer 2017, the PHLASH is participating in the Waterfront Pass program.

Now visitors can easily access and explore the Delaware River Waterfront from Philadelphia’s Historic District for one low price, every Thursday through Sunday as of June 1, 2017.

Park & Ride

Present a PHLASH Pass to the garage management office and receive a discounted daily parking rate at five area PPA parking garages. View participating garages and rates* below. (Note: You must enter the parking garage after 9 a.m. and depart by 7 p.m. Rates are subject to change. Please check with garage upon arrival).

  • Stop 2: AutoPark at 2nd & Sansom streets: $8.00
  • Stops 3 and 21: AutoPark at Independence Mall, 5th & Market streets: $11.00
  • Stop 4: Parkade on 8th St., 801 Filbert Street: $8.00
