The Philly PHLASH returns for the 2026 season, offering Friday, Saturday and Sunday service through Memorial Day, when it switches to daily service. Check out the full season schedule below:

Present a PHLASH Pass to the garage management office and receive a discounted daily parking rate at five area Philadelphia Parking Authority parking garages. View participating garages below. (Note: You must enter the parking garage after 9 a.m. and depart by 7 p.m. Rates are subject to change. Please check with the garage upon arrival.)
