My favorite kind of school? A cheese school. Tucked into a cute little storefront just north of the Italian Market, this intimate classroom is dedicated to my favorite kind of dairy.

Whether you’re like me and looking for a fun date night idea, or you just want to level up your next charcuterie board, it’s well worth checking out. You can learn all about different cheese pairings: wine, potato chips, gummy candy and even cookies!

I went for the cheese-and-chip pairing. (Bonus that this class is BYOB.) If you’ve never tried a chocolate-covered potato chip, you’re really in for a treat!
