Philadelphia Auto Show
Get revved up for the 123rd Philadelphia Auto Show!
The ticketed can’t-miss winter event — which dates back to 1902 — at the Pennsylvania Convention Center features tons of cool cars on display, test-drive opportunities (both outside and inside the venue), and more.
This year, the Philadelphia Auto Show takes place from January 11 to 20, 2025.
Guests of the Philadelphia Auto Show can get an early peek at the newest vehicle models that will soon be at dealerships around the region, along with must-see-to-believe concept, classic, luxury and exotic cars.

The theme for 2025 is “Fuelin’ Philly,” and attendees have the opportunity to view hundreds of vehicles — with most major manufacturers represented, from Toyotas and Chevys to McLarens and Alfa Romeos — and visitors are invited to pop open the hoods and hop inside most of them.
Aside from new vehicle manufacturer exhibits showcasing new model-year vehicles, visitors can experience several special displays and test drives:
The action at the Convention Center gets underway on Auto Show Eve (Friday, January 10, 2025, 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.) with the annual Black Tie Tailgate, a swanky cocktail party on the exhibition floor.
Attendees can enjoy a variety of culinary creations, an open bar, live music, and full access to the entire show and all displays and exhibits. Proceeds from the event benefit the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Individual tickets for the kickoff event start at $325, and group package discounts are available. A tailgate attendee block of rooms can be reserved at a special rate at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown.
For folks who attend the Auto Show every year, there is a selection of new-for-2025 additions to look forward to.
It wouldn’t be the internationally acclaimed Philadelphia Auto Show without a selection of highly anticipated new vehicles. Gear up for automotive innovations from brands like Cadillac and McLaren, joined by new kids on the block like 4×4 manufacturer Ineos Grenadier. And — for the first time in a decade — Tesla gets in on the automotive action.
This year’s show unveils several brand-new models, including the new all-electric Volkswagen ID. Buzz, the 2025 Nissan Armada and the 2025 Toyota Crown Signia.
The e-Track is bigger and better than ever with the largest number of brands to date. And a new Tech Tuesday event offers presentations and information sessions from dealers, equipment manufacturers and automotive educators.
Tickets are on sale now for the 2025 Philadelphia Auto Show at $20 for adults (13-plus), $12 for children (ages 7-12) and $15 for both seniors (62-plus) and military and veterans (with military ID). The best part: Children 6 and under get in for free with a ticketed adult.
The SEPTA Metro L line drops commuters one block south of the Convention Center’s Arch Street entrances via the 11th Street or 13th Street stations. Riders on the B line can get off at City Hall and walk two blocks east on Market Street to enter the Pennsylvania Convention Center between 11th and 12th streets.
For those coming in by train from the suburbs, the Pennsylvania Convention Center is easily accessible via the connected Jefferson Station. Take any SEPTA Regional Rail line to the station and follow signs for the Convention Center.
And attendees driving into Center City have plenty of parking options available in garages around the Convention Center as well.
If you need a break during the show or want to take in some other sites and attractions around the Convention Center area, there is plenty to do and see nearby.
The Convention Center sits on the edge of Philly’s Chinatown, home to plenty of AAPI-owned restaurants and boutiques, along with the famous Friendship Gate arch.
The center is also adjacent to the iconic Reading Terminal Market — one of the nation’s oldest and largest public markets — a food hall with over 80 vendors from restaurants and bakeries to ice creameries and delis, both sit-down and on-the-go.

The historic sites and history museums of Old City — including the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, the African American Museum in Philadelphia and the National Constitution Center — sit a short walk or shorter rideshare to the east. And the museums along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway lie a few blocks west, where you’ll find the Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Franklin Institute, the Barnes Foundation and more.
