Overview

As America’s oldest Italian restaurant, Ralph’s is a two-floor tribute to old-school Italian-American fare that still packs in the crowds more than a century after opening its doors in 1900.

Loyal patrons of this fourth-generation family restaurant go for the basics — sausage and peppers, mussels in red or white sauce — and usually go home with doggie bags. Celebrities like Frank Sinatra and Taylor Swift have been spotted at Ralph’s, which also features traditional dishes like spaghetti and meatballs in “red gravy,” chicken parmigiana and shrimp scampi.
