After two sold-out dinners and being named one of Philly’s best dining experiences by Philadelphia magazine (Best Destination Dinner Without All That Pesky Travel, to be exact), chef Eli Kulp’s Voi-áge Dinner Series is back.
This time, High Street Hospitality Group’s culinary director/cofounder and the host of The Chef Radio and Delicious City podcasts is taking us to Louisiana with another pairing of award-winning chefs as New Orleans’ Donald Link of the Link Restaurant Group and Philadelphia’s Greg Vernick join forces to transport Philly diners to New Orleans.
This exclusive dinner, inspired by the sounds and tastes of the Bayou, takes place at 5:30 p.m. on September 25, 2024 at Vernick Fish inside the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia.
New Orleans — with its seafood, gumbo and beignets — is synonymous with good eats.
Hailing from the Big Easy, chef Donald Link joins forces with Greg Vernick to bring the distinctive flavors, ingredients and culinary traditions of Louisiana to Center City for the Voi-áge Dinner Series.
Presented by The Chef Radio Podcast and Visit Philly, the decadent evening kicks off with a welcome reception featuring cocktails and canapes.
Then it’s down to business: Dinner features five courses inspired by traditional Cajun and Creole cooking. Cocktails adapted from the menu at Link’s Chemin à la Mer and wine pairings are available as well.
In a nod to the city’s musical roots, live jazz music fills the luxe dining room all evening long.
A seat for the one-night-only experience costs $210 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations can made via OpenTable.
Greg Vernick — a Jean-Georges alum, a winner of the 2017 Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic at the James Beard Awards and a Philadelphia native — hosts the third installment of the Voi-áge Dinner Series at Vernick Fish, his chic take on an oyster bar inside the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia.

Looking forward to sharing the kitchen with Vernick, chef Donald Link and his business partner Stephen Stryjewski have used their prowess in New Orleans-style Southern cooking to propel the Link Restaurant Group to national acclaim.
Over the last almost two decades, Link’s restaurants, including flagship Herbsaint and Chemin à la Mer, have earned the chef a whopping 15 James Beard Award nominations, a win for Best Chef: South in 2007, plus accolades from the likes of The New York Times, Bon Appétit and more.
