The Chef Conference convenes the global food community — award-winning restauranteurs and chefs, emerging culinary talent, members of food media, and the diners at the heart of the whole enterprise — in one of the most captivating culinary cities in the nation.
After a successful inaugural event here in Philadelphia and a West Coast edition in 2024, this highly anticipated four-day event invites culinary luminaries and everyday food enthusiasts to eat, drink and learn from one another.
Evolved from the Philly Chef Conference (founder Mike Traud’s longtime partnership with Drexel University), the 2025 event — which is open to the general public — features an exclusive dinner series showcasing culinary talent from across the nation, plenty of industry panels and talks led by the most prolific voices in hospitality, and more.
The Chef Conference takes place at The Study Hotel at University City from April 4 through 7, 2025.
Foodies of all culinary persuasions are in for a treat with The Chef Conference’s extensive menu of culinary-focused events, including an intimate collaborative dinner series, live talks and more. Here’s what’s cooking for 2025:

Seats for the dinners are open to the public but extremely limited, so be sure to secure yours when tickets go on sale in early March.
