The build-up to the 96th annual Midsummer Classic takes place over several days across several venues in the city. Here’s what to expect:

MLB Together Volunteer Campaign

Throughout All-Star Week, MLB partners with Boys & Girls Clubs of America to lend a hand to support the next generation of ball players. Philly’s volunteer effort happens at the Shane Victorino Club in Nicetown, with specific details yet to be announced.

HBCU Swingman Classic au Citizens Bank Park

The fourth annual HBCU Swingman Classic features 50 elite players from Division-1 programs at Historically Black Colleges and Universities. The Capital One All-Star Village (formerly Fan Fest) also sets up shop at the Convention Center for four days, featuring an indoor baseball-themed park with activations and meet-and-greets with former players.

The village opens from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the weekend (July 11 to 12, 2026) and from 10 a.m to 6 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday (July 13 to 14, 2026). You’ll need tickets to participate, now available for purchase with single or multi-day access and with family grouping options. Capital One cardholders can get one free ticket.

Rising baseball stars take the spotlight for the All-Star Futures Game, a seven-inning exhibition game featuring top Minor League baseball players.

Afterwards, spectators can enjoy a double-header as a new, three-on-three game takes the field. What used to be the Celebrity Softball Game has morphed into the MLBx. The co-ed tournament features three 30-minute games (two semi-finals and one final) showcasing power hitters and star catchers, including legendary Phillies players Ryan Howard, Jimmy Rollins and Shane Victorino.

Tickets to All-Star Sunday have been released, now on sale at various points.

T-Mobile Home Run Derby au Citizens Bank Park

Lundi 13 juillet 2026 | 20 heures.

Monday means workout day, culminating in the naming of the new home-run champ by day’s end. The T-Mobile Home Run Derby gives eight hitters three rounds of chances to take the title.

All-Star Red Carpet Show on Independence Mall

Tuesday, July 14, 2026 | 2 p.m.

Game day starts off with a chance for the All-Star players to strut their stuff on the red carpet with their families at Independence Mall — part of Parc historique national de l'Indépendance.
