I fell in love with Philly when I spent five weeks living here the summer before my senior year of high school. I moved to the city for college and have never left. 

I’ve worked as a professional writer in some capacity for nearly 30 years (Gen X represent!). At Visit Philadelphia, I research, fact-check and write web content, as well as comb through local media outlets each week on the hunt for Nos histoires préférées sur le Philly, qui fait partie de la weekly Ultimate Philly Guide email newsletter. 

I love to hike and travel, and am super proud of my two books: 60 Hikes Within 60 Miles: Philadelphia et Excursions d'une journée en Pennsylvanie.
